Founded in 2002, Mr. Marine is a leading global maritime service provider, specializing in the inspection, certification, and repair of marine elevators, ballast water treatment systems, and other fixed and portable equipment on board vessels. Headquartered in Rotterdam, the company operates through a worldwide network of engineers, covering more than 300 ports. Its expanding client base includes many of the world’s leading ship owning and management companies. Supported by a team of experienced professionals, Mr. Marine keeps vessels safe and compliant anywhere in the world.

The challenge

Before implementing 3CX, they were stuck with classic VoIP phones in the office that offered very little flexibility for managing call routing and connections. Whenever the office was empty, routing calls became a real headache, and they knew they needed a better solution.
