Environmental Sustainability Policy

To deliver voice consultancy services, project and operational support on routing solutions, call analytics, and user experience design for our clients, Sound of Data operates primarily through office-based activities and the use of external IT, cloud platforms, and data center services. While our operations do not involve direct manufacturing or production processes, we recognize that our activities have an environmental impact related to energy consumption, infrastructure use, and supporting services.

While our operational footprint is limited, we recognise that responsible resource usage forms part of our broader governance responsibilities. Where reasonably practicable, we consider environmental aspects in the selection and use of cloud platforms, telecommunications providers, office facilities and supporting services, and we aim to apply a proportionate and responsible approach consistent with the nature and scale of our activities.

We are committed to conducting our business in compliance with applicable environmental laws and regulations and to managing environmental sustainability in a responsible and proportionate manner. We take guidance from internationally recognized environmental management standards, such as ISO 14001, which we use as a reference framework and source of best practices, without claiming certification.

We continuously consider opportunities to reduce the environmental impact of our operations where reasonably possible, including in the use of office facilities, IT resources, and external service providers. Everyone at Sound of Data contributes to responsible and sustainable operations by acting in line with this policy and our integrated management system.

We are committed to providing the necessary leadership and resources to enable Sound of Data to review, maintain, and communicate environmental sustainability practices as part of our integrated management system.

We are committed to achieving high standards in the way we design, deliver, and operate our services and organizational processes. To this end, we have implemented an integrated management system that brings together our key governance domains. This system applies to the entire organization and supports consistent, controlled, and responsible management of our activities. Where applicable, our integrated management system is aligned with internationally recognized standards and is subject to independent assessment.

• We consider environmental sustainability in the design and operation of our office environment, with attention to energy-efficient heating and cooling, responsible use of materials, and minimizing environmental impact related to building operations.

• We take sustainability aspects into account when selecting and using cloud services, data centers, and IT platforms, including energy efficiency and available environmental performance information from providers.

• We aim to use energy-efficient IT equipment and resources and manage these assets responsibly throughout their lifecycle.

• We encourage responsible and sustainable mobility choices where appropriate, in line with our role as a service-oriented organization.

• Where relevant and proportionate, we consider sustainability aspects when working with key technology partners and infrastructure providers.
